HEARTPRINTS began with a simple, old-school kind of love: the feeling of holding a printed photograph and remembering not only what happened, but how that moment felt.

Every photograph carries a person, a season, a celebration, or a quiet piece of everyday life. We turn those images into photobooks, prints, journals, and keepsakes that can be held, shared, displayed, and returned to for years to come.

A hard-covered, lay-flat photo journal made to preserve meaningful moments, milestones, and adventures. Every printable page is protected with a glossy laminated finish and bound with durable double-loop metal wire (available in gold, rose gold, silver, pink, and black colors). How to order

From your photos
to something you can hold.

Personalized work needs a little conversation. We’ll guide you through the details before anything is printed.

    Tell us your idea

    Choose a product and share the occasion, quantity, location, and the feeling you want the piece to carry.

  2. 02

    Receive your quotation

    We’ll confirm the options, design scope, estimated shipping fee, and payment instructions privately. A 50% downpayment secures your production slot.

  3. 03

    Share your photos

    Create a Google Drive folder with high-resolution files numbered in sequence or clearly grouped by page, event, or section. Photo sorting and arrangement may be quoted separately when needed.

  4. 04

    Review the layout

    We’ll prepare a digital proof. A basic layout and up to two revision rounds are included unless your quotation says otherwise.

  5. 05

    Approve & we create

    Production time depends on the item ordered and begins after final layout approval. If your order is completed earlier than estimated, we’ll let you know and arrange shipment right away. Delivery time is separate.

How should I prepare my photos?+

Use original, high-resolution files whenever possible. Place them in a Google Drive folder and either number them in your preferred sequence (01, 02, 03…) or group them clearly by page, event, or section. Basic layout is included for prepared files. If you would like HEARTPRINTS to sort, curate, or arrange unorganized photos, a Photo Curation & Arrangement Fee applies: 15–30 photos — ₱75; 31–75 photos — ₱150; 76–125 photos — ₱250; more than 125 photos — quoted individually.

Can I review the design before printing?+

Yes. You’ll receive a digital layout proof. A basic layout and up to two revision rounds are included unless otherwise stated in your quotation. Major redesigns, additional revisions, or extensive design work may be quoted separately.

How long does production take?+

Estimated production time after final layout approval is 3–5 business days for a Laminated Photo on Sintra; 5–7 business days for Personalized Notebooks and Hard-Bound Journals; 7–10 business days for a Photo Zine; 10–15 business days for a Photo Journal; and 15–20 business days for a Curated Photo Box. Custom sizes, bulk orders, and unusually detailed designs will receive an individual schedule. Courier or local delivery time is separate. If your order is completed earlier than estimated, we’ll notify you and arrange shipment right away.

How are delivery fees calculated?+

Delivery is quoted separately based on destination, parcel size, and the available courier. Grab or a local errand service may be arranged within Baguio City; courier shipping is available nationwide.

What are your payment terms?+

A 50% downpayment secures your production slot. Work begins once the downpayment, complete photos, and instructions are received. The downpayment becomes non-refundable once layout work has begun. The remaining balance is due after approval of the digital proof and before printing or delivery. Payments may be made through supported e-wallets or online bank transfer; cash on delivery is not available.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?+

Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. An unboxing video is helpful but not the only acceptable proof. If HEARTPRINTS made the error, we’ll prioritize correction or replacement at no added cost.

What happens to my photo files afterward?+

Working photo and layout files are deleted from HEARTPRINTS storage within 30 days after successful delivery unless you ask us to retain them for a repeat order. We never publish customer photos without separate permission.
